We usually give all attention to our skin problems but only for our face and hands and usually overlook the problems our feet are going through. Today we'll share some easy home made tips to make your feet soft & beautiful.

Home made Exfoliation for Feet:
Ingredients:
Brown Rice Flour: Two Cups
Fresh Yogurt: Three Teaspoons
Lemon Juice: Two Teaspoons
Half an Avocado
Scrub
Process:
Blend two cups of brown rice for a few minutes until you obtain a coarse flour. Use about two tablespoons of this flour and store the rest for later use. Blend half an avocado and add it to flour. Add all the other ingredients too. Blend it well and it will form a thick paste. Scrub your feet (you can also use this for your elbows) with this scrub to even out your skin tone. It will eliminate all the marks from your feet and lays off excess thickened skin from your feet.
Home made Tips for Feet
- Mix two tablespoons of each lemon juice, sugar and honey. Leave this mixture undisturbed for ten minutes. After ten minutes, mix it thoroughly using a whisk or a fork. Use this scrub when you go for a shower. Massage your feet in circular motions with this scrub and leave it on your feet while you soap yourself. The longer it remains applied, the deeper effectiveness it will have on your feet.
- After shower make sure to moisturize your skin. For this purpose, you can mix 2 drops of each olive oil and almond oil with about three tablespoons of water. Shake this mixture well and moisturize your feet (or elbows) with the mixture. This will nourish your skin and prevent it from darkening.
- Make a thick paste of water and baking soda and apply on the affected area of your feet for ten minutes. (For scars and black marks on feet or darker feet skin.)
- Take one bucket of hot water, add one tea spoon of each lemon juice and honey. Take two tea bags and pour in this mixture. Mix all the ingredients in hot water. Soak your feet in this water for about fifteen minutes. Remove dead skin by rubbing feet with a pumice stone.
- Take 1 cup of sea salt, 1 teaspoon honey and 3 tablespoons of coconut oil (or any oil). Mix all the ingredients and rub this mixture on your feet. Use warm water to rinse it off.
- Take a couple of table spoons of Honey and Coconut oil. Mix it well and warm it a little. Rub it generously on your feet and keep it on for fifteen minutes. You can wear socks for fifteen minutes. After that rinse off with warm water and an organic soap.
- Step# 3, 4 and 5 can be done together step by step. It will remove the dead skin off your feet, lighten the marks if any on your feet.
Things to Remember
- Wash your feet daily. Rinse and dry thoroughly especially between toes.
- Trim nails straight across, and not too short. Don't cut out or dig at corners.
- Do not trim or shave to dissolve corns or calluses.
- Wear clean socks or stockings, change daily.
- Wear shoes that fit.
- Keep your feet dry.
- Clean the inside of your shoes.
